Panel?
Once your request is approved and You have paid for the hosting
of your choice, you can access control panel on address www.yourdomain.com/admin.
How do I check my e-mail?
Every package that we offer contains pop3 e-mail
addresses, which means that you will be able to check your e-mail
via any mail client. For example, you will be able to use Outlook
to download your e-mails. Also, you can use webmail, which means
that you can check your e-mail from any computer that has web browser
and Internet connection.
What should I do in case a script doesn’t
work on server even tough it works on my system?
The sricpts must be transported to server
in ASCII mode and must have CHMOD 755!
How can I change CHMOD?
Type the following in a ftp client: chmod
755 name_script
What setup do I need to access the ftp server?
You can use your ftp server 24/7, which means any
time you need it.
You need a ftp client to connect to your ftp server
and you have to make setup with these parameters:
Host: your_domain.com
Port: 21
Username: username@yourdomain.com.
Password: the one we provided You with.
How should I name the initial file?
These filenames are correct for initial file: index.html,
index.htm, index.shtml, index.php, index.php3, index.php4
When I enter ftp,
I see dirs mainwebsite_html and mainwebsite_cgi. What is that?
mainwebsite_html is the main directory in which you MUST
set your presentation if you want it to really work!
mainwebsite_cgi is directory for your cgi scripts. Save all the scripts
in that directory. When you want to retreive a script, type the
following: www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin
